Everything you own, in one place.
Sahul is a tool for people who play tabletop miniatures games — your collection, your lists, the games you play, and the knowledge to get better at them. It is free, it has no ads, and it sells nothing.
No password. You can use most of Sahul without an account at all.

Game systems live in-app
The catalogue numbers describe the Infinity data Sahul has built. It is not shown in the app while Sahul is in development — a deliberate hold, not a gap.
What works today
Catalog, force builder, knowledge base
The full loop — browse units, build a force against a points cap, read stamped play knowledge. Running on a test system while Sahul is in development; the deep Infinity catalogue is built and returns when the publisher conversations land.
Collection, synced
What you own, built and painted — in your browser without an account, and following you between devices once your account has two ways back in.
Game records
Shared, co-authored records stamped with the system and version as played. Abandonment clocks, organiser adjudication, and edits both players agree to.
The game library
Add the system you play — a name and a kind is enough. Close matches are offered before duplicates, and systems are never deleted, only retired.
An inbox
Security alerts, event notices and things waiting on you. Security items never quietly disappear.
A token API
Scoped API tokens your own tools and agents can use today — everything a token does is recorded as done by that token.
Being built
Listed so you know what is missing rather than finding out. Nothing here is finished.
Events and communities, on screen
The machinery runs — clubs with real permissions, events with presence and check-in, cancellation that reaches everyone. The pages for browsing it are being built.
Photos
Upload once, tag into unit, event and club galleries. Designed in detail; the photo store is not built yet.
MCP access
The API is live; the MCP wrapper that lets an AI assistant connect with OAuth instead of a pasted token is being built on top of it.
Apps for iOS and Android
Native, for photographing models and running events away from a desk.
Where the data comes from
Sahul stands on years of unpaid community work — people who catalogued releases, transcribed rules and maintained wikis for nothing. Contributors are credited only where they have specifically said yes, and if you maintain something used here and are not listed, we have not asked you yet.
What we do with your data
No tracking, no analytics, no ads, and nothing sold. Your collection is stored in your own browser. If you make an account we keep your email address and which sign-in methods you use — essentially nothing else. We never store your IP address, and there are no passwords to leak.
Built by one person
Sahul is a non-commercial community project run by John Cook in Australia, in his own time. It is not a company and there is no team. That is worth knowing before you trust it with a decade of collection records — so keep your own copy of anything you would be upset to lose.
For developers
The catalogue is public JSON you can fetch today, with no key and no account — and the read-write token API is live: search and create game systems, read and write your own collection. MCP access is being built on the same surface.
